Pick-up & Shipping

-Most orders ship within 24-48 hours (Excluding Tee of the day,pre-orders and anything under the Jordan’s Jams tab which will ship in about 10 days from our warehouse)

-Orders are usually delivered within 1 week (Please understand we have no control over the speed of your package’s delivery once it is within the USPS/UPS’s possession. Please refer to your tracking sent to your email for an estimated delivery date.)

-We are NOT responsible for USPS/UPS shipping delays

-We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the USPS/UPS’s possession. In the event of either of these, please contact USPS/UPS. 

-Pick-up address is 5 N Navaho Trail Elkton, MD 21921. You MUST contact us the night before you would like to pick up, we cannot assist with same day requests. 

-If you request to have your items put out twice and do not pick-up, you will be sent a shipping invoice.
