Return Policy

-All Pre-order items are Final Sale

-All sale items are Final Sale

-Any items purchased with a coupon of more than 10% are Final Sale

-If you wish to return an item, please email us at first at elizabethcharlesboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of your package's delivery

-To be eligible for a refund, your order must be received by USPS/UPS/FedEx within 7 days of you receiving it

-If Pick-up is selected at checkout, items must be picked up within 7 days to be eligible to be returned

-Please check for damages within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days we can no longer offer a refund or exchange

-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

-All items under the “Jordan’s Jams” tab come from our warehouse and must be mailed back within 7 days. Customer pays return shipping, even if you chose in store pick-up for your order. 

-All returns will be processed as a store credit (If item is damaged, a refund will be sent to the original form of payment)

-Original shipping cost will not be refunded when returning items

-Returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and returned in the clear bag they arrived in

-Please understand an exchange may not be available if the item is already sold out. If the item requested is not available, a store credit will be processed

-All bras, hats and jewelry will be non-returnable for sanitary reasons
